I reached out to Joseph while searching for an estate planning attorney local to South Shore, MA so that it would be convenient for me to work with them. I spoke to at least five other attorneys on the phone before deciding to go with Joseph for several reasons - he was immediately friendly on the phone, his pricing was very reasonable, and his hours were flexible. Joseph made the entire estate planning process (will and trust) very easy for me and my husband. My husband was less familiar with the process than I was and he was very patient in answering any and all questions and he encouraged us to ask any more questions that we may have. He charges a flat fee for different services instead of billing by the hour so that people are actually comfortable asking questions instead of being concerned about an extra charge for a simple question. After having a very different experience working with a prenup attorney years ago, this was a delightful change. Joseph was very flexible with timing as well. My husband and I weren't in a huge rush to get this done, we just wanted to start the process and complete it within ~6 months. His schedule was flexible and he was also willing to meet via Zoom or phone when we didn't have time to go into his office to chat. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Joseph - I have already passed his name onto several family members and friends.
