Absolutely the worst Title Company ever!!! I would NOT recommend them. Been dealing with a refund from March 2024 since we sold our home. This was our buyers choice not ours. Stay clear of them they don't have a CLUE!!!!!

Great experience. Cash Sale. Turned in title order and closed the next week. No problems. Reception Desk will stamp for free parking. Get ticket at parking garage next door on Walnut Street across from Courthouse.
