Tuesday evening I attended an overview on the importance of wills in regards to estate planning. Ms. Roux' presentation was informative and enlightening. Patiently, she responded to a plethora of questions. A plus was that she offered to send us her PowerPoint. After discussing her main points with my spouse, we will probably approach her to draft a new will for us.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with this attorney. She was hired to guide us through a very simple probate where all parties involved were in agreement as to the distribution of the assets. After almost a year we were no closer to finishing the probate case than when we started. Kathy often failed to communicate with us. I strongly recommend using any other attorney and avoid getting involved with Kathy Roux. This is my opinion only and your experience may differ.

My husband and I attended a Dignity presentation hosted by the Arlington Library. Ms. Roux was one of the speakers and extremely knowledgeable. She was professional, answered every question in a polished and respectful manner. We were very impressed with her and the whole presentation.

Her presentation was excellent and I wish the provider would have allotted her more time. She is very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions.

Kathy handled a Muniment of Title following my Father's passing. She was professional, compassionate, and handled our business in a timely manner. We were very pleased with her services.
