My husband and I had that nagging feeling of needing to have all the important documents in place at some point in our lives. My cousin recently lost her mom. I made the journey through dementia with her up until the day my aunt was freed. Now we are watching all the turmoil and red tape she and her siblings are dealing with as a result of her mom not having a trust/will. His staff is very responsive and when we had some urgent requests, they never made us feel like a burden. Talking about the end of your life and what you want to happen with your minor children and how you wish to have things divided can be an extremely emotional and stressful process, but Kevin put our desires onto paper with empathy and helped us see our way through a situation logically. Kevin was more than just a friendly voice during a stressful process, he treated us like friends.
