Stay far away. Not to be trusted. He does not pay attention to detail. His primary concern is that he gets paid 500/hr. If you want an attorney who cares about you, the client, search for a lawyer that has many positive reviews. In my foreclosure case, he went to the mandatory hearing without telling me about it and inviting me to go, let alone strongly advising I go. Firstly, I'm not a lawyer so I didn't even know about this thing called a "mandatory hearing" untill many months later when it was too late. I just trusted him blindly to do the right thing. When I became aware that there was this mandatory hearing and he did not negotiate with the bank, but just accepted easily what was in the banks favor, it was way too late to clean up the mess myself. The summary judgement calculations wound up being a $30k mistake in the banks favor. Any person out there who has a foreclosure case, make sure that you personally go to the mandatory hearing. Do not trust that a lawyer cares about you when negotiations are done behind closed doors without you, the homeowner present.
