Not sure about the bad reviews but I've had a positive experience. I have used this office twice on a mortgage closing and everyone was very pleasant and professional. Communication was good. I dealt with Mary Jo and she was a very nice person to work with. Would definitely use them again.

There were some issues with the title and they kept me informed just as they do with all of my clients. Each dept over there knows their roles and are extremely responsive and are very professional.. I got a referral to this law firm from the bank I have my mortgage with. I’ve called and emailed and no one has gotten back to me. Receptionist was rude when I called the first time and acted like she couldn’t be bothered. Very unprofessional, rude and a very frustrating experience.
