Ruined my life when I was young and no educated about the system. Had me sign paperwork first day meeting him, never fought for me or my children honestly it was like he was working against me.

Mr. Finkel charged $7500 for a divorce with contempt, etc...only to take the money and avoid contact. When you do have contact he makes excuses and says he doesn't have the file. Not to mention, there is no Paralegal to keep Mr. Finkel in check, just a secretary (our fault for not being diligent on certificates and degrees). I helped finance this for my friend who is trying to divorce a controlling meth user and we are seeking a Malpractice Attorney over this. 6 months and nothing. This isn't going to fly.

To get advice on how to fill out the rest of divorce / paperwork for my divorce, nice guy but $125.00 for 30 minutes is quite high. :-(
