Was a very long case but Lori is wonderful and sweet. She texts me back as soon as I message her with a question. Even though we've have phone call issues she was still able to connect me to Paul over the phone. Wasn't sure at first cause I didn't hear anything for a bit about my case but now that it's over I can finally say they were great.
