I was not represented fairly. They did not reach to me during the pandemic. I was the one that kept communication fluent. Mr. Rooney told me he couldn’t help me because I didn’t receive Physical Therapy. The accident happened March 13, 2020. My Uber driver hit another driver. I signed documents and sent required information on the driver to Mr. Rooney’s office. The city shut down soon after. I wasn’t able to get the services required. I was told March 20, 2020 by Pria (Legal Assistant), that I had a excellent case. I never got the help I needed and I’m still suffering from the accident.
