You cannot lose- if she is the opposing counsel! I kept talking juat to see what she would say next. While soft spoken and polite, she answers questions that are not asked. Maybe she simply wasnt interested so didnt pay attention but she was so condescending I just kept the questions coming to waste her time. She really brought out my worst.
