I dislike dealing with attorneys, however, dealing with Todd has been very smooth and the results were great. We had tenants who were having financial issues and we tried working with them for over a year, but they didn't want to pay what was owed. They were several months behind on their payments, not even making partial payments. Finally, we contacted Todd's firm, and the eviction process was started. They are out of the house and now we start the process of fixing the $20,000 of damage the tenants did. Todd did such a great job with the tenants they gave him a bad review. I would recommend Todd to anyone who needs to get tenants evicted. Also, we are going to start using Todd to do all of our real estate contracts.

Unacceptably poor communication once you pay. Takes 10x longer than necessary to get things done. Unreliable. Believe the negative reviews. I wish I had seen them before I paid the inflated fees.
