I slip and fall at a resort while on vacation the 24th of September. I called and spoke to a lady name Minh on the 3rd of October and explained my situation. Minh told me she will set up an appointment with a chiropractor for me and then text me from another number with an email address to forward emails I got from the resort. Eight days passed and I heard nothing from her. I called and left voice message and text on the 11th finally of October. Minh finally text back saying that she's on her vacation and that I should call one of her just informed me that they can't take my other co-workers. Well Kim informed me today October 19th that they can't take my case because "I didn't go to the doctor to check my injury."Kim basically tells me and try to blaim me for not taking the correct actions after my injury. I explained it that I had to go work right after my vacation and I wasn't feeling any pain until later on. When I first called, Minh never once mentioned or advice me what to do. Basically, Minh left for vacation and never even told the Lawyer about my case or to anyone. Kim told me I had to forward her all the information I sent to Minh since she .doesn't has access to Minh email. This is so unprofessional!!! Kim told me Rene the lawyer recommended me to get a lawyer in Florida since that's were it happened. Kim explained that I have no case since I didn't go to a doctor after my injury. Seems like Kim trying to put the blame on me when I contacted Minh and she never once advertised me to do anything .
