Anita Seth represented me in a very stressful case. She is both calm and firm and is not afraid to speak up in a court room. She is very good at explaining the process so that there are no surprises. She always responds to calls and emails and is extremely thorough when involved in a case. She really listens to her clients which is a great asset. I would highly recommend Anita Seth and her law firm. She was recommended to me and I am grateful to have had her representation and guidance.

Bottom line, this firm cares about their clients. Without going into details of my particular legal situation, suffice it to say that the team at AMS went above and beyond to pull a great result out of a difficult situation. Can we give negative stars here? I would not recommend this firm by a long shot. I wish I had done more research on them before wasting my money. They are very unaggressive in their approaches, they do not "go hard" to fight for you/your case. My assumption is they do this to lose in hopes you are not smart enough to drop them and find a new lawyer so you continue to flush your money down the drain with their practice. Unsatisfied is an understatement. The woman who WAS on my case is not even listed on their website. No wonder

I don't recommend this firm for criminal matters. The attorneys lied and they judged. A defense attorney is to do just that "Defend". Thats what this firm was hired to do and got paid a lot of money to do and they did the total opposite. My rating for both lawyers Anita and Sharon is a -5. My advice find an experienced lawyer that won't judge you and your family.
