Well Ms Blair is very very deceptive and sneaky! She will help the Court and other agencies violate parents Constitutional rights and also will never never do her job appropriately, she feels that she is the Judge jury and prosecution, My daughter is in a home with drug use and other very bad issues, “My daughter is not with her mother” but she recommended that my daughter stay in the home of the aunt and uncle that are abusing drugs! And said in court that the agency is doing a great job! By recommending that she should live in the home and that the drug use does not impair their parenting skills! This lady is a disgrace!

When I was wanting to go threw the adoption / foster process, I had a consultation with Attorney Blair. She was so very helpful and really pointed me in all the right directions. Becky-- Where to start. First she does not understand what a GAL is. She believes that it is her job to solve the case between both parties and that the children come second. Guardians ad litem (GALs) are not the same as 'legal guardians' and are often appointed in under-age-children cases, many times to represent the interests of the minor children. Guardians ad litem may be called, in some US states, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). They are the voice of the child and may represent the child in court, with many judges adhering to any recommendation given by a GAL. GALs may assist where a child is removed from a hostile environment, usually by the (state) Department of Social Services, and in those cases may assist in the protection of the minor child. Her first step was to get everyone in the same room and talk about the issues, with the children in the room. Then a couple of phone calls, but no visit or talking to the children UNTIL the day before court. Oh but when she did talk to the children all she could say was that all of them are lying. When we suggested that the children talk to the Magistrate, she told us that would be a very bad idea because the Magistrate does not understand and know as much as she does. When in fact Becky questioned the children and told us that she asked them specific questions, but when we asked the children about the questions, they told us Becky never asked them. Again when we confronted Becky she told us that the children lie. She also keep saying we all need therapy and that we are all nuts. She even went to say that I am like my wife’s ex. Also she openly talks about her alcoholism and her divorce. Really we did not want to know that, she made the meetings about her and not the case. Her billing well, we had to ask many times to get a itemized bill from her. She did not want to give an itemized bill, but the charges where way out there for the amount of work she did. All in all stay away from her!

I thought the same about her but once we built a good relationship, she really works hard for her clients. She does care and I believe she will do what she can to help your case.
