I had a real bad experience with the law firm. The lawyer that was assigned to my case name was Amanda Price. She was working against me with insurance adjuster. When I told Blake about it. He quickly took her side. And that did not surprise me one bit. Amanda Price paralegal had told me that my case was worth a different price then what Amanda told me. But when I confronted Amanda about it. She told me that I misunderstood. But like I told her. I know what Teresa Mounce told me. So I am letting everybody know. That if you use the law firm. Do not let him give you Amanda Price as your attorney. Because she is truly a racist. Because I could tell that by the way she kept trying to talk down to me. She will act like she has your best interest. But she does not. And Blake backs her simply because she works for his firm. And he wants African Americans to think that he has their best interest. When he really does not. Because if he did he would not let Amanda Price do what she did to me

Blake Maislin handled a case before for me and did an excellent job. Though the accident I suffered from and where I had to have my hip replaced went downhill very quickly. The attorney I was given would not contact me to let me know about anything that was going on and I would have to call the office after 3 or 4 months of dead silence to find something out only to find out that he does not call people back. When we finally met with the attorneys from the other side the gentleman that hit me admitted that he hit me and that it was his fault for not looking. His attorney said we had a dog in the fight and my attorney said nothing. When we met with the attorneys for the insurance they said they brought a small amount to the table and my attorney said absolutely nothing to get that amount higher since we had medical bills that needed to be paid. It was only my insistence that they pony up more money at the closing or I would have received absolutely nothing. They will only fight for you if it's a clear-cut victory for them and not one in which they have to get into the trenches for you. I will never use them again for anything after the extreme disappointment of what little bit I got from my pathetic attorney who does not make any phone calls to inform and does not care whatsoever about the case except to get his fees paid.
