I reached out to Mr. Boylston's office for a consultation about a work related issue via their website. By the next day Amber called to reach out and take more information about my concern. She had set up a consultation with Mr. Boylston for the very next day. Mr. Boylston himself called me to go over my questions. He was polite, friendly and dare I even say honest. Lol. While ultimately I was advised that it would be best not to pursue any further. I truly did appreciate him taking the time to speak with me and go over all my options. While I personally was not able to see my problems taken any further, due to this customer service and short but amazing experience, I will definitely know who i will go to first should i ever have an issue like this again.
