My initial impression was so good that I chose them over the 3 other firms I had called. Brandon Watson, the paralegal who answered my initial call, treated me with kindness and patience, despite my millions of questions and calls. He was so reliable when it came to calling me back, sending me emails, and giving me information. There is no one else I would rather have by my side in legal matters than this team. Customer service and care is MORE THAN 5 STARS for Edwards and Jones!
