I so wish I would've found these reviews before I wasted my money with Frank Toti. Custody cases and divorce are difficult enough, you don't need an unprofessional lawyer making things worse. He has zero communication skills, does not listen to what his clients say, mocks his clients while speaking to them, only cares about getting paid, does the bare minimum, gets an attitude when you ask him questions about your case, and then withdraws from the case as soon as he receives payment. This man is a scam artist disguised as an attorney. Listen to the reviews, save yourself the grief and DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY AS YOUR LAWYER!!

Frank Toti is an amazing Family Court Attorney, he made my never ending divorce process bearable and kept me laughing along the way. His office staff is amazing, warm and very responsive. Frank is a professional who knows NV laws through and through. He was always calm, reassuring and explained everything from best to worst case scenario, dealing with an extremely difficult ex partner - Frank never got ruffled, even when my ex partner harassed him personally. I’m so happy that my friends recommended Frank Toti and I made the right choice in choosing him. I feel secure facing my ex in court because Frank held my made sure my requests were solid and clear to the court and judge. Because of his experience in the NV Family Court Sustem, he was confident moving through the court procedures. He made my experience of a difficult divorce a lot easier and he was always there to reassure me along the process.

Hired to represent me in Divorce my ex husband filed I paid $7000 to represent me in divorce and I ended up homeless three years now without automobile and home and kids, did not get anything except part of retirement from my ex husband who is now dead. But I said the one thing to make sure. And get is my home I am the rightful owner, completely ignored me didn't care, they were all in on it it seemed like decision made before I arrived, my money of $30,ooo was even stole from the first lawyer Jason Onello (whom I paid $14,000 in cash to represent withdrew after stealing trust money) when I asked if he could help me collect due to court order to pay money he rudely said I don't know I am done with your case divorce is over go to a collection agency and hire another attorney I am homeless lost home, custody not even alimony and the money my x owed me he allowed small payments because he used the money to buy a new Tesla. Horrible representation and experience and very abrupt and rude horrible listener In My opinion
