James Peters volunteered to help me with a situation through ARAG legal services. After 2 phone calls (totaling less than 5 minutes,) and a string of emails(in which he couldn’t be bothered to punctuate or structure a proper sentence,) Mr. Peters left me in a WORSE situation than before his “help.” He was “too busy with trials” to further support me after sending a letter of demand to involved parties. Now, said parties won’t communicate with me unless I have legal aid. I appreciate his time, but I’m disappointed in the outcome of his counsel.

This was my first time using a lawyer, and it couldn't have gone better. The Law Office of James J Peters was very responsive to any questions I had, and had great follow through. They kept me up to date with status regularly, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who needs legal assistance. It also helps that I had a better outcome than I expected!
