My daughter and I was in a car accident in Feb. 2020, I suffered back and neck injuries and underwent physical therapy and chiropractic treatment. Initially I was very disappointed in this law firms service. There is rarely any communication, and if so it was with an assistant but that was until I received a call from Ken a few days ago. He was professional, empathetic and I felt for the first time someone was working in my best interest. Ken took the time to answer all my questions and he explained the settlement process in detail- in fact he started from the beginning so I could follow the progression of my case and better understand the logic used during the closing process. I'd highly recommend Ken be assigned to discuss the lawsuit process with the client at the very beginning and train the assistants to avoid people from feeling neglected and confused. If it wasn't for Ken this would be a totally different review and I appreciate his service.

I was in two different car accidents and I went with them.. trusting their lies was the worst decisions I have made. Lack of/ZERO communication with case manager and even "managers" (Pat). Dont return calls, dont do things they say, work in an untimely manner, extremely unorthodox, and even the engineers vouched of what I say. They only think of themselves and could care less of how much you are paid out and your well being! AVOID GOING HERE! MOST OF THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS WERE PAID OFF TO DO SO! POOR EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS.

If you can choose any other law firm besides Larry to represent you, do it! They had me go to therapy for months, never gotten updates besides one time. Long story short they called me that they couldn’t represent me anymore since the other party “found” a witness. They did nothing in their power to prove that our accident was caused by the other party.they asked me to have my case handle by another firm like okay…

I just want to thank Larry H. Parker for settling my case and working so hard for me. I was rear ended and was in pain from my injuries. The office staff was great and always kept me informed.
