I would give him twenty stars if I could!!!! Mr. Discioarro is very professional, honest, trustworthy, and kind, but is also a tenacious attorney who fought hard for justice for me. He has a great sense of humor which helped ease my mind and distract me from focusing on the uncertainty of how long my case could drag out. He informed me of what to expect every step of the way with my case, which is now DISMISSED!!! It was such a pleasure working with him, and he helped me maintain my sanity, my freedom, my reputation, and my job. He is the best (and will be the last) attorney I've hired!

I honestly swear by Michael Discioarro. This is *not* a paid-for response, it is entirely honest and unsolicited - we paid good money to Michael, and he did a great job with the ACS and an unfounded report. Pure and simple. You get what you pay for - and Michael was worth EVERY PENNY.

If there was a way to give him 10 stars I would. Michael is the absolute best there is no doubt about it. From the initial phone call until the very end when he got our case dismissed, Michael was there for us every step of the way. I had not even given him a retainer yet, and he was kind enough to take the time and answer all my calls and texts OVER A WEEKEND no less to help my wife and I through the initial stress and shock of this false claim. When we sat down and met with him in his office he told us point blank..."you pay me to take all the stress off you and that's what I am going to do". He is a man of his word. Dealing with ACS is a nightmare and a half. Once we met Michael and hired him.....we knew that with Michael in our corner, fighting and working on our behalf, that things were going to be ok. And that's exactly what happened. He fought. He pushed back against ACS every step of the way and got us the result we all wanted which was an UNFOUNDED claim. I could not be happier with the service and caring Michael provided and I highly recommend him to anyone who should g-d forbid have to go through such an ordeal. Thank you Michael!!
