This law firm was listed as a partner on a legal plan that my employer uses (Hyatt Legal). After discussing the case over the phone they responded with "Unfortunately we are unable to provide legal services for your legal matter for the amount of money Hyatt pays for this service." If you are unable to provide the service for the amount that Hyatt will pay, then you should not be listed on their site as a provider. You cannot cherry pick for the services that I have already paid for through this legal insurance..
