I currently paid for a chapter 13 w/ this office on and I called to get more information. I was told there was no information in the system and the lady asked if we paid. I told her yes and I have the receipt. She said that she will have someone call me back. I never got a call. I called back a day later s/w Cherri who was very rude saying that the lady I needed to talk with was out on the day I called ( then why say I will get a call back like she was there ). I asked her why did I get a text about not getting a declaration page when I sent it over an hour ago, then I proceeded to ask her what was a CC It said this needed to be completed she became very upset and said she will email me the info on the CC I said ok but can you check and make sure the declaration page was sent she slammed the phone down in my face. Very unprofessional. I called back s/w another young lady who actually was very polite and explained the things she could. Sam was great but Cherri needs some customer service training. She is hurting this business!!
I had many questions and concerns when I made my appointment with Mr. Henry. The staff was very friendly over the phone and also when I arrived in the office. During my consultation, Mr. Henry answered all of my questions and gave me so much helpful information. I was definitely satisfied and will return to complete my filing.
I called and made an appointment. Thought I would meet with one of his junior colleagues but to my surprise I meet with Sam. I had a couple of questions and Sam answered them and reassured me that every thing was ok. His staff was professional and kind.
Mr. Henry was the attorney of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy that I was interested in some of the assets being auctioned. I tried for two days before the auction closed, and the last day called about every 10 minutes to get some simple information on the assets (was the real estate undivided interest? how many mineral acres were being auctioned?). After being told both he and his paralegal were on the phone, I was finally told he would not speak with me. If you're hoping to receive maximum value for your assets, you may want to look elsewhere for an attorney that wants the same.
Sam is very personable and a nice guy, but when it comes to keeping up with what you email them or send them in the mail or even dropping something off in the office it somehow gets lost. 4 Times I sent them creditors that were to be added to my Chapter 13 and 4 times they said they didn’t get it. I even showed it to them in an email that I had sent to Sam months earlier. Then of course I had to pay court cost to get them added. They also asked for my 2018 Tax return 3 times after I had dropped them off at there office. Very Very Poor Communication in that office!!!!!!!!!
