If I could give negative stars, I would. This property owner, for the second time in a year has the parking lot of a busy business complex resurfaced. For the second time, there are no alternate parking signs, or safe pathways to the businesses. He expects older men and women to park on and walk up a hill so not to step on the lot. There’s no permits hanging anywhere. As a law group, you would think that they would be concerned with keeping patrons, owners and operators of these establishments safe. I have several pictures proving there is no safe way to enter or exit the businesses therein. To me, this is abuse of power, and expecting the business owners to clean tar from the sidewalk area that, mind you, is blocked off is absolutely absurd. The business owners were not given ample time to post any signage stating there will be work being done during business hours to book appointments accordingly. I saw several patrons as well as proprietors having no choice but to walk on the wet asphalt. I guess being a law group, you’re above the law you took an oath to protect and defend. There are safe ways to resurface the lot. Doing one side at a time is one way. Another is to do it when businesses are closed. Disgraceful.
