I was in a really bad situation when bought a house from the bank, and after the closing date, I came to the house and the old owners still there and they are also squatters ( due to foreclosure ), so at first I have an real-estate attorney to do the eviction, but after a year and a half, that attorney couldn't get them out, and cost me quite a bit on the fees, and to one point the attorney said he will charge me $375/hour, not a flat fee of $1500 per court date. So I can't afford to pay for that which I will not know when it will be done or how many hours I have to pay to him, so I've asked him to dismissed my case until I have more money. I was desperate and I know the Lonergan Law firm through a friend, he said he's bought the house with the same situation. From day one Gaylene Rogers and her staff especially Devante Rhodes were professional and helpful, even It's take a while but I was got my house back and move my family in. My family so happy. Thanks a lot Gaylene and Lonergan Law firm staffs.

I do not recommend this lawyer at all. She took her fees in full but did not complete the work required and failed to respond to the court properly. She neglected the case entirely and provided no follow-up or communication. She does not act like a professional or responsible attorney, and my experience with her has been extremely disappointing.

On a personal note, Gaylene's advice regarding a particular transaction saved me time, money and possibly my real estate license. Kudos to Lonergan Law.
