Attorney Fronterra took everything i had concerns about and twisted it before the judge. She didn’t contact my witness and stated for 2 weeks she would and never did to get their statement but made sure she got the opposing sides witnesses and they had more than what i did. She lied stating she didn’t see or had any knowledge of things I’ve uploaded and expressed to her i had concerns about until i showed them in court and when they were shown in court she stated she couldn’t recall seeing the documents previously. She couldn’t even bare to make eye contact or say two words to me outside of the court room. She handed all paperwork and had all conversation with the opposing party lol. 10/10 would never recommend her to anyone in need of a GAL. She is the WORST

She is unprofessional, unresponsive, unreliable and she does not work for the best interests of her clients. I am the POA of one of her clients that she has been dishonest in his representing him. She has been is appointed attorney for almost a year. Sharri took a plea deal to him, supposedly explained it to him, she has him plead quality on record. Sharri then as his attorney, ask the court to order a competency test. Sharri knew her client history, Sharri supposedly had conversations with her client prior to this date. Sharri so why on the day you coherence him into a plea, you then decide to stand before the court and say he isn’t competent? I have reached out to Sharri prior to this plea no response, I have explained to her that he doesn’t articulate well but he does understand what is being said to him. He has a 30 year old brain injury. Innocent bystanders shot in the head by a drive by, he still has bullet fragments in his head. Sharri/DEA showed him a video of his wrong doing. Sharri supposedly did her job and explained to him is opposition. He is still in jail and now has to wait until 10/10/24 for a hearing, with no set time for a competency test. Due to the stress and push backs of his court days twice, he has had a seizure. Her actions as an attorney are deplorable and she should be held accountable.

Mapp law firm was always there to answer all my question. Even prior to hiring them to represent me. I felt confident things would go smoothly, and they did. My reckless driving ticket was reduced to improper driving. Thank you attorney Mapp and staff! Update: I lost my case and have been paying for that I the courts system for the past 4 years.... They fired my attorney for obvious reasons, same reason I lost in court. But the firm would not back me up, for that I have never been able to recover my family. They are very attentive at first, but once you're on a payment plan, all they care about is having their payments made ontime.

GAL experience - Paralegal asks you questions that were already asked and answered in the intake form. They will say that you didn't answer them but you did. You have to direct them to their own question in their own form. I was told by another attorney that she is overworked and is late on reports. Supposedly advocates for the best interest of the child but makes a child wait for her to join a zoom call that she scheduled at a certain time and then asks for the child to turn their camera on but doesn’t turn hers on. Creepy. Not personable with the individuals she claims to represent. She initially requested to interview my child during school hours as if it couldn't wait until after he got out of school. I had to push back and request for it to be after school hours. If you're working in the child's best interest and it is not an emergency why would you pull them out of school when you can alter your own schedule? School closed during the office's hours. She asks the child to show her their room and just responds to them with “okay” every time they show her the numerous items. Who asks a six-year-old if they have any “concerns”? She doesn’t alter her questions and language to a manner that is appropriate for the age of the child she is speaking to. She was also late to the interview with the parent at her own office. Her featured Facebook post clearly shows that she favors noncustodial parents over custodial parents so beware. She was pushing to extend the case unnecessarily when both parties wanted to make an agreement. More time equals more money, of course.

I highly recommend The Mapp Law Firm, especially for custody and visitation. Attorney Mapp and her team did a wonderful job preparing for and representing me during my hearing. Thanks to The Mapp Law Firm, I got my babies back. Attorney Mapp is very thorough and she certainly has a presence when she speaks in the courtroom. Her closing statement was beautifully done and she was able to convey all the important points needed to make a strong case for me. I appreciate Attorney Mapp and her team and all they did to help me. It has been a huge relief since we got our win and I will definitely use her again in the future if necessary.
