DEFINITELY THE BEST!!!! I have had my fair share of experience with the judicial system. I can say that Dave McFadden is by far the best attorney I have ever used. I was hoping for more than I could possibly expect with my history, but I'm very happy to say that he got me a PBJ AND A FINE. ???? ???? Seriously, McFadden is a beast. In my experience, lawyers can be very difficult to deal with. With Dave, it felt like I was dealing with a coworker, or even a friend. I'm still in shock at how effortlessly he got me such a great outcome. I would recommend him to ANYONE!!! I do hope that I don't need a lawyer ever again... but if I do, he's my guy!!

If I could give anything higher than 5 stars, I certainly would in a heartbeat! Mr. Dave McFadden is the right lawyer for your legal issues. I had 3 second degree assaults charges against me, stemming from a very toxic relationship. I just went through the second to last legal proceeding and my cases were dismissed. I wasn't charged with any of the and he kept me out of jail, so I could be home with my 2 babies. Not only is he a superb lawyer, he goes above and beyond and really cares about his clients with helping them in the most positive way. David McFadden was a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of getting what I wanted seemed near impossible.
