Jennifer McGinn is an amazing person and lawyer! For the last year,she has done nothing but help me, and she got me back to my biological father finally. I had been in a bad situation before I had met her but the judge has assigned her to me as my Guardian Ad Litem, and she made sure I was getting treated better and the help and support I needed. Before I had met her, I had been very insecure and scared of just about everything. Then I met her and she made sure that I had what I needed but made sure that if I needed anyone to talk to, that she could talk to me when she was available. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for everything that she has done for me as well as my family!!! Thank you Jennifer!!!! ????

Amazing attorney. Really knows how to present the important stuff and a genuine advocate for the best interest of the child. I've used her twice and both times she was amazing.

This lawyer is incompetent. After over 5 weeks of advance notice of a mediation hearing, she never reviewed the file until she was sitting in the waiting room. There are much better family lawyers available. Even a first year law student would have read the file before showing up and telling the mediator "I'm not sure I've been given the information" because she couldn't be bothered to prepare.

I had a relocation case. My son's mother wanted to move to GA. I told her what was going on. She came to conclusions that was all smoking mirrors. When we got to court, I was worried because I thought they were making good case, mind you they went first. But when went up to cross examine my son's mother, Mrs McGinn revealed all the lies to the judge, same with my baby Mama's witness. The truth was revealed thanks to Mrs McGinn. And her closing argument was so strong it was like my son's mother and her lawyer were left with nothing to say. She got the best possible outcome for my son. And I am very thankful she was able/willing to represent me. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't have her representations or if I would have lost my son. Would I recommend Mrs McGinn? Of I would.
