The Messa Law Firm

I waited months to hear back from this firm regarding my mother’s wrongful death case. There was barely any communication and after all this time they send an email that they cannot move forward with my lawsuit. They claim there is not enough to prove my accusation. This is not true. There is more than enough. They do not want to put in the time because she was considered an elderly person and had medical issues which did not contribute to her death. I can prove this case with my eyes closed. These attorneys are idiots and lazy. I’m disgusted and angry that I wasted months waiting for them to do nothing but request records that I already gave them. Now I have to start all over and find a competent firm. Please do not use them if you want someone to fight for you and produce results. You will be sorry.

Absolutely the worst experience with any organization I've ever had. I do not understand how they stay in business. I have been trying to get an update on my case for the past 6 months. I've emailed and called my attorney Brett at least ten times, only to have someone tell me that I would receive a call back. That call back never happened. I even reached out to Joe Messa twice by phone and twice by email and never got the dignity of a response. As someone going through a seemingly unending cycle of surgeries for breast cancer, this is the last thing I need. I am incredibly frustrated and more than a bit bewildered as to how they stay in business.

I got an email to call back about a personal legal matter inquiry I sent in on the website, fifteen seconds into describing my situation I got interrupted abruptly with an I’ll-mannered tone, without explaining the full details. If you’re looking for someone to attentively listen and communicate with respect and compassion, I wouldn’t recommend.

I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from this firm. I placed a call to one of the reps last Monday regarding the status of my claim...I have not received a call back yet. This is unacceptable. These people have handled my file for a year, I am still not sure of the status of my file.

My experience with Messa & Associates has been wonderful. Shout out to Lee Rosenfeld, Esq. who didn't back down and was able to get me the maximum settlement possible. He was very friendly, professional, strategic and transparent - all traits I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone.
