Stay away from this law firm especially Trevor Thomson. He does not listen to his clients. He talks forever. He will file motions and let you think it's valid and when opposing attorney responds he has no answer. He even argue against his clients position, that is how incompetent he is. He does not listen to or understand the judge order. At one point the judge told him to stop talking and listen. In my particular claim which was a homeowners insurance claim the day before trial he told me that the insurance company offered a 10 000 settlement and encouraged me to not accept it saying that the the claim he think was over 60 000. When he brought in his expert witness he testified that the claim was around 2500. When I asked him why he did not settle for the 10000 he had no answer. His only concern was to get paid. Because even if the award by the jury was one dollar he could go back to the court and get a big attorney fee. Stay away.

I hired Yarly from this law firm to handle a complex issue and instantly the stress disappeared. She was professional and always kept me informed on the progress and status of the case. Hands down I would recommend her and trust her to handle any case completely.

My wife and I were recently represented by Barbara Gonzalez, Esq. on a plumbing related insurance claim. Ms. Gonzalez is excellent! She was very responsive, well prepared, knew the claim process and insurance industry inside and out, and anticipated, addressed and prepared us well to deal with every tactic perpetrated by our insurance company. Ms. Gonzalez is an excellent communicator, very easy to talk to, explained things in language that we as non-lawyers could easily understand. Her obvious experience and sage advice prepared us very well for our depositions and court-ordered mediation. We were therefore able to participate in them calmly and confidently. Ms. Gonzalez fought hard to get what our insurance company owed us. She ultimately achieved a very favorable resolution of our claim. We strongly endorse Ms. Gonzalez. She is a highly skilled and accomplished counsellor.

Fact: this law firm rocks! I have had multiple claim experiences with different firms, Mineo Salcedo easily out maneuvers all of them. I had the please of getting a terrific adjuster Jose Nunez, he was awesome! Left nothing unearthed as he carefully prepped my estimate, then on to attorney Jonathan Greenbaum who skillfully represented us and got us a good and fair settlement. And of course the glue or should I say the superglue that held everything together and never failed to call us and keep us updated was Amanda M Thomas! Really a class person! Terrific and always professional! You can take this to the bank! Mineo Salcedo is the best! Anything else is just the rest. Try them and see the difference!
