truthfully, don’t see how this company could stay in business. They’re trying to sue me for a payment that was made to Home Depot and proven that it was made. But yet they’re trying to sue me for 1000+ dollars for late fees and interest for money that I had paid years ago. I tell them exactly what paperwork to look at to prove my case. And We just keep having the same conversations over and over and over and over. Hours of wasted time on the phone. I Wish they had the balls to take because I have all the proof and they’re the ones that sent me the paperwork. nevertheless, if you have a problem with them, they will just shove you around from one person that has no clue what they’re talking about to another to another to another.

I have been trying to get my account resolved since June 18 2024, and your law firm keeps denying assistance. Every time i call representatives say i need to speak with Jenny Walker only, i don't know why and they won't say anything . I have left Jenny Walker over 25 messages and no a single call back. I been reaching out since i received a placement now i have received a judgement on my account and still people refuse to help me get my account resolved. THEY ARE IGNORING ME ON PURPOSE SO THEY CAN GET A DEFAULT JUDGEMENT GRANTED ON MY ACCOOUNT THIS LAW FIRM HAS NO BUSINESS REPRESENTING FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.

Tried to work with them to arrange payment arrangements. There were some extenuating circumstances which made my account very delinquent. They were nice at first, but when trying to arrange payments they just said "no". Didn't work with me. Didn't offer any incentive to be cooperative. Didn't really care. It's sad, really.

came to agreement in writing and I paid as agreed (paid the settled amount and paid on time). they are now saying I need to pay more despite my never agreeing to do so in writing. they make deals and reneg - good luck if you have to deal with these unscrupulous folks. the moore law group could use MORE ethics and honor. read their glassdoor employee reviews. tells you all you need to know about the company

LOL.. this company is trying to garnish the bank account of a Senior on Disability.. LOL... sad people that run this company.
