The Murphy Firm

Very disappointed and a waste of my time. The communication was horrible. I've been dealing with this firm for 9 months and after being told 3 months ago that I have a case, I received a call today stating that I didn't and they where dropping it. I was hurt, confused and now left feeling disappointed. I had a bad feeling from the beginning bc of the lack of communication but wanted to give them a chance. The sad part is they told me to call other attorneys and to pursue my case somewhere else. Should have been told this earlier. Now I have to relive my whole experience stressfully. I really give a 0 Star.

The Murphy Firm is fantastic! They helped us every step of the way. Eddie Cardona handled our personal injury case with the utmost professionalism and care. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Their communication and reachability is ridiculous. Their secretaries talk at you inatead of talk to you and listen to your speech. I contacted them for two separate situations while 1 was never addressed and the other they tried to refer me to another law firm after I was told they do handle the kind of issue I called about. I tried to being business to my own people and found it was the greatest mistake ever made.
