Never in my life have I heard of a company who will purposely ignore your calls so you can’t pay your debt! Crookedness to the max!!

It’s important you know your rights if you truly can’t afford to pay, Go online to your local court website and fill out a Financial Statement and go to court, just be prepared to show all your bills. You can do it yourself no 3rd party/ Lawyer needed, Don’t just roll over, if you truly can’t afford to pay,, take it to court and let the judge decide.

I just got off the phone with Martha after being served paperwork for a lawsuit. Yes I got served, but yes I do owe my debt. After talking to her on the phone, and going over everything she was able to let me make payments that fit my budget. I was heavily stressing on this, but now that I can make payments I feel alot better. Call them and try to work something out. They weren't rude or anything on the phone like most collectors. Very friendly and willing to work with you.

Easy to work with everyone that I have called has answered my questions thoroughly. I got a paying arrangement that fits my budget and they did a great job at working numbers and adjusting for me !
