Timothy was an awesome attorney for me. I had no idea what to expect with an attorney being that I have never needed one before. I can tell you he went above and beyond to speak to me and genuinely cared about my case. He was there to answer any questions I had and gave his professional advice. I just can’t begin to say how thankful I am to have had him as my attorney. Going through child custody was something that was new to me and definitely not easy to do. The Nice Law Firm and more specifically my representative Tara Cragen made the process so quick and seamless! She was very kind, more than helpful, heard all of my concerns, and exceeded my expectations! Tara truly helped to put my mind at ease throughout the whole experience and also helped give me the courage to fight for everything that I requested and then some! I would HIGHLY recommend Tara and/or the Nice Law Firm to anyone in need of professional and experienced help in these situations!

My first lawyer wouldn’t communicate with me until I asked to be transferred to another lawyer. My second lawyer left the firm. My third lawyers child got sick. When I finally got tired of the dishonesty at I hired new representation who gave me more information in one phone call than I got in months at Nice Law Firm. Nice charged me $2300 made 0 progress on my case and imagine my surprise when I found out a Complaint for Partition of Real Estate was filed by my own representation without my knowledge or permission. These people CANNOT be trusted and will take your money while rolling the dice on your future. Update 11/2020 The nice law firms response to this review is the perfect example of their dishonesty. They aren’t shocked by my “allegations” at all as they wrote a lengthy response to my credit card company lying about what I was being charged for. My current representation reviewed my charges from them and confirmed that I was overcharged. I will be filing a complaint with the Indiana Bar against them this month to prevent other people being lied to and overcharged. Mr Nice I look forward to demonstrating the facts as they are with the text messages Matthew didn’t respond to as well as the misleading emails I received, and the call logs I have showing I wasn’t called back.

Matthew Daley and Chris Gaddy are awesome. They are a strong team and are continually fighting for the clients. I have been with them for over 4 years and would not have any other law firm reoresent me.
