Hired them for probate services in 2017. Took the money & filed the paperwork. Never heard from them again. Guess "my file is still on Johnson's desk.

I wouldn’t give this place any stars. I met with Michael Johnson on July 13, 2020. Gave him a deposit and my documents. We are in November and he never returned a single phone call. The only response were text messages saying he was in meetings and one that he was really sick. I finally called the office spoke with the receptionist asked him to have the guy Michael leave my deposit and documents and I will pick them up. He quickly responded by text to the refund. Too bad he doesn’t do this when rendering legal services. Waverly and Nolle need to pay attention to who they have representing them. Bad for business!!!!!!

Michael Johnson who is an attorney for this Law Firm will not return your phone calls. He is not honest and lacked communication skills. If the idea is to wait two years to settle your lawsuit just tell your client that. It's going to be a while before you receive any compensation. Do not avoid your clients you work for them you should not have to chase you. This is one Law Firm I wish I would have looked up before letting them represent me. At this point I just want to cancel the lawsuit call the insurance company and tell them this law firm no longer represents me and take whatever they offer me and if it's not enough to cover the therapy then let the law firm sue me that way they can start  communicate with me and I can treat them the way I've been treated I'm going to avoid their phone calls

5 Star s rated outstanding Mr Nolly for he has attorneys in Houston working for his as he is my attorney his representative is Mr Michael Johnson who is handling my case for a car reck where a man run the stop sign doing 60 on 30 Mph I went to the hospital by end a 3 car impact for I have lost wages of over 63 to 68 thousands dollars as a contractor for fellowship Baptist Church do to the coronavise covid 19 these courts have been on back logs for it's been over 2 1/2 year's so I waiting on my sattlement for the Nolly law firm is one of Best Law firm listed in Houston Texas and the State of Texas they come highly recommend

Attorney Johnson is literally the worst attorney I don’t know how he still has his license.
