After providing a requested copy of a Living Trust, which needed a minor change, I scheduled an appointment. A half hour prior to the appointment, I get a call cancelling the appointment and was told they would call with a rescheduled time. I have a legal plan through the California State University so I suppose there was not much money to be made. I have been waiting almost a year and they never called back to reschedule. Would not recommend due to poor client service

Poor customer support. I asked to call 5-10 minutes later due to a meeting conflict but they cancelled the appointment. I wanted to reduce the time from my appointment.

Took care of everything answered all questions, timely and was responsive and apleasure to talk with. Thank you.
