Law Office Of James W. Smith

Took more than 10 grand from my son and did nothing for his case, no leg work no nothing in 2 years. Never once showed up for his court hearings. Worst attorney I have seen in years. Heard from others he has done the same thing to them and have not gotten a refund. Never once had a call from them and they didn't even know who he was when he showed up to see Jim Smith about his case. Frightening to have an attorney like this fighting for someone's freedom.

Mr. Smith's paralegal, Christy, is the best! Professional and knowledgeable while being warm and welcoming at the same time. Going into an attorney's office for the first time can be intimidating, but she does an excellent job of making clients feel at ease. She'll be your main point of contact throughout your legal journey, and you can rest assured you're in good hands. She's always on top of things and always more than happy to help. Today I received a call from this attorney's office and encountered a very rude and unprofessional receptionist or someone claiming to be the "paralegal". What ever her role, she is a poor representation of this firm. In my opinion, if this is how people are treated with this firm I am left to question the reputation and the abilities of this firm. This was an awful first experience. In-fact, after the phone was "slammed in my ear", I called back several times and got no answer. When I switched phones and called back I received an answer from the same person who basically said who cares if I contact the attorney about her behavior, only to slam the phone in my ear again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!!!

We hired mr smith we was very disappointed in his service you can never get anyone to call you back they tell you they will but they don’t.They can’t never answer your question there answer is I’ll find out call you back that don’t never happen never.Mr smith he can’t remember nothing every time you go to court he can’t remember your case you have to tell him what’s what’s he didn’t show up on few of the cases it was always something with him very disappointed with the service I would say don’t waste your time or money on him !!!

I would refer my Best family and friends to Jim Smith as a perfessional and Best criminal attorney you can get and a reasonable price and I'm doing 60 do 20 for 33 grams of meth he's the best
