I hired John Parnell Jr. on the advice of another trusted attorney. He handled what I considered a somewhat difficult estate planning process for my Father, and went above and beyond in helping with some more personal legal matters as well. He is professional, sensitive, reasonable and compassionate. John also does a great job of explaining legal issues to a layperson. It’s nice to see so many other great reviews for him here. He’s great guy and I would recommend his services to all of the people I care about.

I do NOT recommend David Parnell. Very unprofessional. Spent over 2 hours discussing my case with him and he seemed very interested in taking my case we tried to arrange to come to his office to make payment and he would not answer our calls, texts or emails. We called him from another number which he answered and once he realized who it was he said he had to call us back and never called again. Very odd. In all our years of experience with attorneys we’ve never had someone behave the way David did. If he couldn’t take the case or was no longer interested the right and professional thing to do would be let the person know. Do not waste your time.

If I could have given more than 5 stars I certainly would have. My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the estate planning that John Parnell Jr. provided for us. He sat us down, explained everything in great detail and made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. If we had questions (and I had plenty) he explained to ensure we fully understood what we were entering into.
