I had a call with Austin in October 2023 at the Patrick Law firm with some questions about manufacturer buyback versus filing a lemon law claim. Austin gave me incredible advice such that I was able to negotiate with Lincoln and increase the amount from the manufacturer buyback for my Aviator. Austin was patient, courteous, and so very helpful even though I ended up not needing to retain a lawyer. Hopefully I never find myself in ownership of another lemon, but if I do, Patrick Law Firm will be the first place that I call.

First Time Ever Dealing with a Law Firm. Patrick Law Represented me and my Camaro SS Steal Package 2020 Edition. TO A HAPPY TIME Conclusion. I'm not sure what this other reviewer is talking about. I received a return call EVERY TIME there was a need for the Patrick Law Firm to share information with me, whether new info or updates. Even when the information was provided to me via email communication, they followed up with a phone call to be sure I received the email. In addition to that, he successfully resolved my lemon law case with Chrysler. They agreed to buy back my vehicle and pay the attorney's fees. After we received their first offer, Mr. Patrick said, "No, that's not enough...my client deserves more!" He reached out to them, and got me more. Craig Patrick and his firm are awesome! I was skeptical (of the process) at first. But he got me the results I wanted and I am forever grateful. Thanks Craig!!!!

Craig Patrick helped me about 7 years ago. His response was very quick and professional. I had a vehicle that was a year old and had SEVERAL problems while under warranty. It did not fall under a lemon law claim. He went after the manufacturer of the vehicle and we settled on an amount that covered the depreciation of me trading in my vehicle before I was ready.
