I'm so disappointed. I called 4 times & no attorney ever called me back. The last staff person didn't even listen to my concerns. I asked a very specific question & he ignored me completely. I had really high hopes with this attorney because of the great reviews! I was promised a callback yesterday within 15 minutes and zero response. I inquired about 1st consult fees and if I could set up an appointment. Zero response on fees except that "the attorney will get in contact with me & inform me then". No appointments offered. Only several promises that an attorney will call me back right away! (Still waiting!!) :-(

I spoke with him concerning a matter and he never called back or sent an email as he indicated he would. I do not recommend.

Called to schedule an intake for possible representation; was disconnected on twice, no follow up call back! Terrible first impression, unprofessional, take your claims elsewhere!

I wasn't sure if I was going to need legal representation but I did have several questions and needed legal advice. I was seeking a firm that offered either a free or partial hour consultation fee. I left a message for Atty. Pendergraft and was pleasantly surprised to not only receive a call back, but he very willingly listened, answered my questions, and provided his expert opinion on what my next course of action should be if I chose to take any. I certainly was left with a great first impression and would not hesitate to recommend or contact Atty. Pendergraft in the future.

Brian was very helpful. I had a legal situation with an unethical real estate agent who refused to let me out of a buyer agency agreement. Brian helped me successfully get out of the contract. He was knowledgeable and very responsive in the process.
