Simply horrible service. I guess the great service is subjective. I was an emotional wreck fighting to save my business when I went to Polnick Law seeking help with a Pro Se filing and the lock out by my criminal landlord. The 1st question asked was "did you file to get over on the landlord" when I had years of full payment unto the filing date. The weal litigator Genevive Graham said she was overwhelmed my the evidence I Provided. She spent a lot of time "talking" to the defendant so much so I asked her who she was working for me or him. Genevive NEVER filed an injunction to get me back in the bldg to get my things so much of it was stolen by the landlord and new tenant. I was told not to worry about it. She let the case drag out for months. She let my apartment violate the stay repeatedly. I was so stressed out. I sought chuck Newton. Veronica Polnick never asked me what was going on with my case or Genevive. This lying lawyer said I had been contacting the defendant after she took the case and used texts from months before I hired them and was Pro Se. Not to mention my cell phone had been disconnected for months but I could surf the net if I was connected to wifi. They filed an emergency motion to abandon my case right about time for the confirmation. The trustee proposed several dismissal bc they didn't follow through timely on the paperwork. They then tried to reschedule the hearing to go on a trip out of town, but Chuck said no. They knew that the emergency motion would black ball me with other lawyers and to this day I haven't been able to find a quality lawyer who respects the truth, can see and will help me correct all that they didn't do in my case back in 2016. However Chuck Newton won the violation for me but by then my daycare was long gone. Horrible people. I wouldn't have ever treated anyone the way they treated me. I guess the black clients are undeserving of the same protections that the others got. If you're black you're trying to get over, if you're not you're entitled to the same federal protections President Trump has benefitted from 10 times.
