It's not my 1st time here. In the past 3 years, I have been dealing with Richard Carey and his group of people, especially Belkis Orozco, and always had excellent results.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Had an addendum on purchase contract for both Mr and Mrs as buyers but when the had the closing they used the original purchase contract with just the Mr on it. Instead of filing the closing as personal deed they filed a warranty deed which was a trust which in our bylaws trust are not permitted. If they don’t know the laws if real estate they need to get out of the business. This needs to be rectified or will be turned over to our Attorney. Stay out of Century village.

I had a closing on February 2022, I came to find out on December of the same year they never submitted any paper work the house was still not under my name.. Also the house had a lien and they never sorted out.. I never received any paper work from them. No one answers the phone.. worst title company!!!

I handed over paperwork 4 months ago for my father's probate case I have not had any communication with the attorney, nothing has been filed, and they refuse to return my calls and answer any messages I leave. Highly unprofessional and I will be contacting the Palm Beach Bar Asscoiation next.

Was representing family's estate and filed complaints without consent against me and evicted me and got house. Didnt pay mortgage off . Still in the estates name but he owns it. Now house is for sale $210,000 but has mold in walls and foundation had busted pipe that leaked for a while and caused sewage pfoblems as well.
