Don't waste your time. Useless. Inept. Doesn't listen to his clients, but plays you along telling you what you want to hear. Then when those pretrial meetings come, you're never invited to attend. If he's appointed to you, ask for new counsel immediately. If you're paying out of pocket, save your money. He'll even trash your case in favor of deals to acquit others.

Would not keep in contact with my fiancé which whom he was representing. Mr.powers would attend his court dates which my fiancé was not allowed to attend and not reach out to inform him on what happened at his hearing. I would have to reach out multiple times a week just to get the information and he would rarely call back so i would constantly have to call him back to back. Very annoying.

Nice guy and price is reasonable but very hard to get in contact with. Would leave messages and he does not return calls.
