I highly recommend The Richardson Law Firm if you are in need of an attorney. I had a traffic ticket and as usual I got all these attorneys wanting to represent me. I did my research and found the Richardson Law Firm. Kathy Richardson is very professional and prompt in her practices. I did not want to appear in court, and I was able to not appear and have the very best represent me in court. I contacted the Richardson Law Firm to help me out with a Speeding in a work zone ticket. All I can say is WOW, she professional, dedicated and a great communicator. She kept me update and let me know the outcome of my case the day after. She answered all my questions in a timely manner, and was able to get the case dismissed. I would recommend her to anyone.
Contacted Kathy Richardson over a year ago to work on an expungement case for me. I choose her because she was black and I felt that she would understand my situation. Unfortunately after I paid her the conversation literally stopped. You can never reach her. And the one time she actually answered a call she told me she would call me back. Never happened. Ive emailed and now im not getting a response. Idk any information about my case the filing or anything. She has never reached out to give me any type of update and I will never recommend her services to anyone. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism. Update: I contacted Durham County clerk of court to get information on the filing to find out that it hasn't been filed! Its been over a year
