Regarding my construction legal matter, Mark worked out a settlement of which I was very pleased. He was recommended by an engineer friend of mine as having a reputation of easily developing good rapport with his fellow attorneys on the other side of the construction contract problem. My friend explained that was an important attribute for the time frame of which I was interested in settling the matter so I could get on with other work projects. Business is good and he is a go-to guy. I know I can call him anytime I need him and he always sounds happy to hear from me. It's not often we, in our industry, actually enjoy talking to an attorney!

He is not what the reviews say about him at all. He answered sounding like he was rushing. Not only that but he asked a million questions before even greeting you with a “hello how are you” are anything. One of the first 5 questions he asked was “do you have a job” I mean YES I do I wouldn’t come to a lawyer thinking anything was free. After his 5 questions he went on to say “here’s what I’m going to recommend you do, because I’m a pretty expensive lawyer, I’m going to recommend you go......” & I hung up. I needed to hear no more. The reviews y’all have written about him are lies & deception. When you write a review it’s for people who actually need them before going into something they don’t need to be in. If I could post this with zero stars I would.
