Not sure what happened to cause all the negative reviews but I will always owe this attorney a debt of gratitude. I’ve had to use his services twice; once for a family member and once for a personal favor that he may not even remember. The personal favor was only possible because of his professional reputation and integrity. Whatever is behind this current situation is likely the result of a misunderstanding or just plain human error. Hopefully the truth will prevail.

Used Mr. Rosemond's services 8 or 10 years ago for a DUI. He was wonderful then and helped me achieve a reasonable outcome. I was very pleased. I recently hired him to fight a SC MVD issue for me from afar, as I now live across the country. Unfortunately this time I am less than pleased. I paid a $500 retainer in July and have not heard a word since. I don't expect any miracles or even a resolution at this point, but I do expect some form of update. I have emailed politely 4 or 5 times in 3 months, no response of any kind. I have called and spoken with reception twice, promised I'd get a call back, no call back. It's unfortunate, I hoped and assumed he could handle my issue, since I'm 2000 miles away. Now it seems I'm just 3 months and $500 behind.

Talked to him on the phone for my consultation , he told me to send a picture of my ticket to his assistants email and he would get back with me....I emailed his assistant 4 times after nobody would pick up the phone. Finally got a response from the attorney and he said he had told me he didn’t want to take the case ? Really screwed me over since now my license is being suspended and I have a failure to appear. One month after my court date.Don’t walk RUN away from this guy.

I worked with him and his legal assistant for over a year on my custody case. He definitely did his job and won me the case and actually helped me when I was under a lot of stress. And they answered there phone when he I called and gave me advice. Overall I thought they did a really good job and were professional.

Never returns phone calls, 2 years into a divorce and asking for billable hours since he is holding 20,000 dollars for attorney fees.I am reporting him to the bar.RUN, do not use this crook.He has been suspended ,has no Mal practice insurance and had 220,000 dollars (that was court ordered to be put in a trust fund).According to the client protection program with the SC bar at best I can recover 40,000.The man needs to be in jail.
