Texas property in san antonio nice to live in but staff manager horrible. Staff workers look for anything that appears to be out of place and report as a violation. This apartment inventory section on your application i believe it should be revised because it makes me feel violated that they come in to look like im filthy but say they are replacing a/c filters. How would you sir or mam feel someone coming in to your residence to replace filters and inventory your residence. That is not right they dont pay for my personal effects so they should not have to inventory my effects. I have lived at your complex a while now and i dont complain i i pay my rent dont get into altercations i try to live my life without problems but i guess since i dont have time or tolerance for that your property manager seems to infer on problems i created for my self being my own not something that i was told was my problem. She makes people feel responsible for things for the whole complex. Emergency situations on this property is not her proplem she says we have to call the police not her. I have gotten broken into 2 of my vehicles and another i had some equipment stolen out of the bed of my truck and several other people have also gotten stuff stolen. Why dont they inventory how many vehicle have been vandalized instead of going into peoples residences. Its like all your property managers here there heads swell and think the're better than the tenants well the tenants pay her salary and she dont deserve the hard earn money people work for to pay there bills. I believe its time for new staff to revive the morale of the apartments and its tenants. New avenue new staff new morale better place to live.
