Patrick Sampair and his team were exactly what I was looking for without even knowing it. I called several divorce attorneys during my search, yet I knew the moment I had my consultation with Patrick that I had found the lawyer I needed to represent me. He was so knowledgeable, confident, thoughtful, considerate and really listened and understood my needs and concerns. Throughout this divorce process I have had complete trust in Patrick that he would find the right solutions and make sure I was on board every step of the way. He really was my saving grace. Michele was tremendous as well. Many times I would unleash my frustrations on her and she so patiently listened and provided sound guidance, input and humor. She was terrific at listening to details and finding a way to include all important matters in documents. Michele really was an asset to the finalization of the divorce. Erica too, was a pleasure to work with. She was always very helpful and so polite even when I bugged her with multiple questions. The Sampair Group is a very professional team that work very well together. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this firm to someone going through a divorce. Brandy was wonderful! I had a tough case and she took it on with ease. She provided great communication and expectations of next steps to me. She made me feel at ease throughout the process. In the courtroom she was professional and thorough. She was prepared for each item my ex threw at us. I was able to get everything I wanted from the court case and it is largely due to all the effort she made in providing the documents needed and prepping me on what outcomes I would see. Just want to say thank you so much to Carlie Owsley and the rest of the Sampair Group for bringing my son back into my life. As a young father going through this process I didn't know what to expect. I had almost no hope at the beginning considering some of the poor decisions I've made in my past. But Carlie made me understand my rights and it has helped me become a better person. She has not only made sure I have quality time with my son but also has transformed me into a better person. I am forever grateful to have found Carlie and highly recommend you use her services.

I'm sure that this law firm serves a good purpose somewhere, just not in my case. I was very excited to find out they take payment plans, as that's very difficult to find in the family law scene. Plus, they took my concerns seriously over the phone. Once I hired them, i was assigned Ms Brandy. Who is very experienced. I was, however, expecting a lot more legal advice, not just do this, do that. My questions seemed to go unheard, my concerns about my children being around a certain individual with a history of child abuse resulting in death, didn't matter to my attorney. I was extremely confused, my request was more parenting time and enforcing the A.R.S. 25-403.05(B) which my son's mom has violated 4 different times, admitted by her. Didn't matter. Who did I hire her to represent? Me, my son's mom, my son's mom's bf, or Hunter Biden? I asked for them to withdraw as my attorney in like 2 weeks. They filed for mediation, which you can do yourself for like eighty bucks. And served the other party, which the court does for like another hundred. My refund came back $1,582. LMFAO. What a waste of time and money. No way in HELL did they do $3,418 worth of work in 2 weeks. My original case took 8 months in 2021, I would have had to sell my kidneys in order for them to MAYBE get me 2 extra calendar days.

If you'll just read past reviews, you'll have a clear understanding of what takes place here. I was taken on by Brandy Ramsay and her paralegal Stephanie. My case was lost miserably and she was extremely unprepared. She refused to answer questions I had pertaining to the case after trial, multiple emails that went ignored. Which would've been a different story had I not spent far more than the 4,000 previous reviews spent. It was closer to 20,000. Being disrespected, ignored by Mr. Sampair himself at a phone appointment his assistant, Erica, set up, and to be extremely overcharged was just the start of my problems. Please look elsewhere for your custodial needs. Ms. Ramsay will not represent you properly. They are over priced and incompetent in the most essential areas: communication, preparation, and professionalism. I was also told by other lawyers that she's ????, after I paid yet another consultation fee to have them look over the paperwork she submitted for the case. Do your due diligence, realize there's one name in these reviews that is constantly brought up in a negative manner, keep searching.
