I have to pay off a credit card debt and I’m making payments once a month when my SSD comes in. I have been calling and making payments on time, I have been calling them for the last 5 days to make a payment and no one answers the phone and no one returns my messages. I told them straight out that this better not be held against me since no one is answering or returning my calls. I took another star away cause I still haven’t gotten any response to this statement and still no response to my calls or messages.

So I missed a court call with them because of personal reasons, they issued a capias so I called to work out a payment arrangement with them on the first payment they said they would have the capias removed another week went by they got paid still didn’t remove the capias despite saying they would. Almost 4 weeks later and they still haven’t kept their end of the deal. My husband has been calling to make the third payment and left voicemails and the woman will not call back so I will be making two payment this week if the lady would pick up her phone. I’m trying to work with them and pay down debt and it seems like they won’t work with me and keep their word the sheriff I spoke with said they need to contact him to remove the capias and they have not done that yet. I was told after first payment well it’s 4 weeks later. I have bank statements proving it was paid so it would be nice to have that removed already and to have the lady answer her phone so the third payment can be paid since no call was returned last week. Another will be made on Friday if again the call is picked up.

Paid my “judgement,” off and it still hasn’t came off of my credit repost and still have received no correspondence stating that it was actually paid off. I do have the bank records, though. And said judgement was through a phony website pretending to be the local courthouse. I will be calling a lawyer. I have these people personal banking information and I’m not so sure that my whole identity wasn’t just stolen. How sick and sad. I do have a “direct link,” the the person I spoke with, and will be directing local police department straight to this “law office’s” front door. Don’t pay them. Go to court lol even though it never even existed

This company and any company like it are a CANCER to this country, they pray on the POOR, they buy small debt, and continue to prosecute those already struggling..you sit back and wonder why the world is the way it is, THESE PEOPLE get rich of the mistakes of the poor!! No one that works here should consider themselves a patriot to this country.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the courtesy and patience extended to me by Gregg while negotiating my debt account. I have never been in this type of situation. I was enrolled in another program that was supposed to assist me in handling my delinquent account. From the first call to my first payment yesterday, Gregg has been the ultimate professional, treating me with respect and dignity. He needs to be applauded for his work ethnic as it is a reflection of your company.
