Paid $425 for a 22 minute consultation. Had to wait 6 weeks for a simple piece of advice and in need of a quick claim deed. Promised a client agreement, quote and I had to call them over and over. Then I was quoted another $450 and additional research fees. When I questioned the quote in writing with a miscalculation in the agreement I received a letter informing me that they would not handle my case. I called another firm and in one day got help and the proper result for $177.70. Sketchley was slow because she took the entire month of October off. Her office run by Tazara was rude and the quote had bad math. Best case scenario, I would have paid $1000 for a $177 issue. I have all this in writing and documented. I felt her rates were excessive,slow to respond, and she has lighted me to pad the bill unnecessarily.

Twyla was a huge asset in my case. She was able to lead us in the right direction and help us find the answers we needed to make the right decisions. I would recommend her to any one looking for a knowledgeable elder law attorney.
